For over 24 years I was employed in the Army promoting up through the ranks taking on roles as a Tank Commander and Instructor, where I proved myself to be a well organised manager, reliable and approachable, with the flexibility to take on new ideas, working environments and practices, whilst still remaining focused on goals. Since leaving the Armed Forces I have gained a wealth of experience in the last ten years in my current role as a soft FM site manager, managing cleaning, waste and grounds maintenance operatives.
