To help design and implement new payments received process. Tasks include:- Create new process map to handle inbound payments for company- Implement and support business with new process- Test and implement changes - Support team manager with ADHOC tasks

Manage portfolio of non fault motor claims of around 500 claims for recovery of repair costs and any customer losses from fault insurer. Tasks include::- Perform Day 1 actions: Contact parties involves, obtain evidence as required- Send costs to fault insurers- Begin legal proceedings to expedite settlement as required- Perform reviews of aged debt claims and recommend costs to be abandoned where required

Manage portfolio of claims where non fault party has credit hire to monitor and where possible reduce hire period. Tasks include:- Contact garages to monitor repairs to ensure that hire periods are managed- Refer total losses to the Engineers promptly to ensure that payments are made

Provide a same day service to customers. Collect items from customers preferred collection address and deliver in a timely manner to customers preferred delivery address on a same day basis

Manage team of 12 handlers to deal with placing non fault accident customers into replacement vehicles. Tasks include:- Manage Sickness/attrition- Perform Audits/quality review on team members- Workout and deliver training and development as required- Agree and deliver Personal Development Plans with handlers- Conduct Monthly/quarterly/yearly 1-1, agreeing targets - Be Technical referral point for team on a day to day basis- Review procedures, identifying areas for improvements and implement changes
