Overall shift responsibility of ensuring the highest level of security service is provided. Responsibility for the administration and control of a shift of Security Guards.Ensuring the effective enforcement of all security procedures imposed by both G4S and the client site and enforcing them fully and effectively.Responsibility for security rosters and company keysOverall responsibility of site lock-downs and opening up.Responsibility for the training of new employees. Ensuring all visitors and contractors log on, and off site and parking controlEnforcement of the Data Protection Act policy.Adhering to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace.Primary Fire Marshaling.Ensuring all secure assets are kept on site.Operating all security equipment in accordance with current guidelines, including CCTV system and Traffic Barriers.Liaising with the Client & Customers of the project.Liaising with Emergency services.Liaising with contractors.Meeting and greeting Clients, Customers of the Clients. Meeting and greeting new Employees of IBM.Weekly and monthly ordit's for Clients.

Dealing with incidents.Liaising with Emergency services.Liaising with the Client & Customers of the project.CCTV monitoring and Recording of Incidents.Knowledge of Lotus Notes.Primary Fire Marshall.Primary First Aider.Operating all security equipment in accordance with current guidelines, including CCTV system and Traffic Barriers.Reception duties including Telephone Duties.

Giving a brief presentation into our organization.Helping clients with C.V.’s.Helping with job and course searching.Giving a good standard of advice about jobs and further education.Keeping a good working relationship with the clients.

Roster duties for Security officers for the week ahead.Using Lotus Notes, M/S word & Exel.Telephone Duties.Liaising with Clients and Offices with any queries.Arranging temporary contracts and temporary cover officers at short notice.
