I lead a small team of Engineers and install/program Epos till systems for our customers all over the Isle of Wight. In charge of booking in appointments, over seeing day to day tasks by the engineer team and dealing with customer enquiries.

- Working as part of a small team of Engineers in charge of programming/setting up new till systems and supporting over the phone.

- Work in a small team programming and then installing touch screen tills into pubs, clubs, shops and even schools all over the country.- As well as programming and installing my team also provide over the phone and web based support in problem solving and programming support.

- Started as men's footwear manager. Working full time I had to make sure the men's footwear department in the store was ran smoothly with making sure sales targets were hit compared to previous years, and made sure that the staff that worked on the department kept it clean and we'll maintained. Also making sure the stockroom was maintained and efficient enough to provide a service to a quick sale paced environment. - After been successful on the men's footwear department I was asked to move onto the woman's footwear department just to over see it while a new manager was found. This department usually was a much bigger turn over to the men's department and was offered the position full time but turned it down. So was made temp manager.- Finally I was made men's sales and service manager. I was in charge of overseeing the shop floor making sure staff were in the right job roles while working and also included banking/end of day tasks/locking up. Also making sure sales targets were met

- Started as a part time sales assistant for the shop floor while I was in school. - After a few years of working on men's, ladies and children's departments on the shop floor I found myself supporting a lot in the stockroom where I was eventually offered the stockroom managers position- I held the stockroom manager position for 2 years which involved making sure the stockroom was kept clean and we'll maintained so staff could find stock in the right place ready to serve customers. We had a daily delivery of around 50-90 cartons, roughly holding up to 10 pairs a carton. All of the stockrooms were kept in size and alphabetical order.
