Perform a variety of recruiting tasks within an assigned territory, candidate skill set, or specialization supporting the company's overall mission of providing skilled Individuals and quality service to customers. Responsibilities include interviewing and referring applicants to professional positions in healthcare, education and social services. Evaluate information provided on resumes and/or application forms, screen prospective hires and determine the suitability of the applicants for placement.

Function as a Business Partner to proactively create Human Capital strategies needed to attract, retain and develop the talent to execute the company’s strategic plan. Formulate business development initiatives through the marketing of professional services, technical strategies and solutions to firms in the DC Metro area. Provide staff augmentation for project related work to include short and long term assignments. IT requirements include Configuration Managers, Information Security Officers, Systems Administrators, Database Administrators and Test Engineers with secured clearances up to TS/SCI level and full scope polygraph.

Participated in interviews, developed competitive job offers and tracked candidates in the applicant tracking system. Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities along with other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral. Develop networks to ensure pipeline of qualified candidates using web-based tools, agencies and other recruiting resources. Work closely with candidates and assumes responsibility for their progression and transition throughout the on-boarding process. Project work included screening a full range technical Consultants with secured clearances up to TS/SCI level for short and long term assignments CONUS and OCONUS. Met regularly with Hiring Managers to forecast future staffing requirements and review status updates. Provide support for proposal efforts to determine and facilitate hiring needs. Extend contingent offers pending award of contract. Prepare EEO reports in accordance with the company’s Affirmative Action Plan. Perform background checks and employment reference verifications as well as provide recommendations relating to best potential prospects.
