My current role as a compliance and digital manager is a multifaceted role. I operate on behalf of a Finance Brokerage to maintain strict compliance regulation for the business operations like website and advertising standards, correct storage of information, access to forms and files required for complaint processes and protection against AFCA complaints and issues. I also maintain a high level of accuracy for broker settlement files in order to avoid to protect individuals in the business and the business as a whole. I ensure adherence to the regualtion set by ASIC and other regulatory bodies. My role consists of a high level of technical ability for the digital side of the business. Website design, loading speeds, attractive landing pages and lead form function. I am fluent with API integrations, utm implementation, fault finding, website optimisations, backups, SEO and blog creation, PHP and Javascripting, html and CSS, Laravel, Wordpress and email management.I directly control a high budget marketing strategy which includes Google Ads, Bing, Facebook and Socials. Google Ads is our highest spend and our lead generation is highly successful due to a high level of knowledge in the Google infrastructure. (Tags, Analytics, Semrush and Ahrefs) I monitor competition rankings, ad copy, websites and strategies employed by them.My role entails the use, management and configuration of CRM systems. API connectivity, webhook posting and data parsing to various systems for ROI reporting. I regularly deal with stakeholders in the business to explain strategy, budget, costs and general issues. I deal with contractors employed to manage some of these tasks listed above.On top of this, I am a Commercial and Consumer asset finance specialist. Certified with a majority of Bank and Non-bank lenders. Attention to detail. Knowledge of compliance. Motivated by KPI's. Hits targets. Responsible lending practices. Adaptable to changes in industry. Effective communication. Ability to assist a client's understanding of industry. Interested in Business and Finance news and gossip.Overall I have accumulated a thorough knowledge of the Finance Brokerage space. These skills are transferable to any Technical, Compliance or Sales role.

I had KPI metrics to meet, in which i did this consistently. I developed some great skills in my time doing this role in which i really enjoyed.
