I support the delivery and strategic direction of boomsatsuma’s higher education offer. As Deputy Dean I am responsible for establishing operational processes, enhancing the quality of our degrees, coaching teams and developing industry insight opportunities. As part of this I led the redesign and validation of our jobs-focused courses in film, photography and games with Kingston University London.

A newly created role that assists boomsatsuma's movement into higher education. I worked alongside the Executive Dean to define and deliver the vision for boomsatsuma degrees. In the role I supported teams in film, games and photography, managed higher education quality enhancement processes, and developed tools to build operational resilience. I also built and managed the institutional website, which can be visited at boomsatsuma.com

Echo Games are a Community Interest Company (CIC) that makes games that inform, inspire, and entertain. Recently we've worked with the Ruhr Museum (Essen), University of Nottingham/National Geographic, Gurdon Institute (Cambridge), Great Ormond Street Hospital and Hunt Museum (Limerick) on games about environmental conservation, CRISPR genetic editing, CAR T Cell therapy, sustainable ceramics and others. We've exhibited at the London Science Museum, delivered research at various conferences including CHI Play, and have received funding from WECA and AHRC (Bristol + Bath Creative R&D) to help South West museums engage the potential of games.Current project: We are developing a proof-of-concept mobile puzzler as a winning entrant of the 'Interactive Futures Sustainable Fashion Challenge', led by the Future Fashion Factory (University of Leeds) and InGame (Abertay University).

External Examiner duties for BSc (Hons) Computing Technologies at University of Gloucestershire.

Department head responsible for the ground-up development and leadership of 4 undergraduate and 2 postgraduate programmes in Creative Computing, Computing, Games Development and Cyber Security. I was line manager for a team of 10 academic staff, with operational oversight for curriculum design, academic standards, industry relationships and student experience (NSS scores ~90%). I was also link tutor for franchised Bath Spa courses in computing and creative technologies delivered at Future Education World in the United Arab Emirates.
