Overseeing federal tax return are complete and errors free. Manage employee toward excellence, scheduling, customer service to company standards, and daily operation of the store.Prepare tax returns for individuals or small businesses. Greet customers and conduct interviews with potential clients. Prepare tax returns using electronic filing software. Maintain confidentiality of customer information. Ensure a copy of the completed return is provided to the customer.

Responsible for explaining general health insurance information to consumers. Adhere to the (HIPAA) Privacy Act and Health Insurance Portability accountability Act requirements as it relates to confidentiality of information released. Provide knowledge responses to inquiries on the phone in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, processing procedures, and policies. Use databases and written materials to look up and provide information to inquiries.

Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing of the team members. Monitors the maintenance of customer service and manages the store to ensure a clean, neat, and easy environment. Assist in the managing the operational and fiscal activities of the store to include: budgets and financial goal, ensured proper scheduling of employees to meet the busy operating procedures.
