Construction Management - CONCEPT 2 COMPLETION - Project delivery guaranteed, from small domestic to ££ multimillion - Management individuals to entire team

Cut and carve to the Bar and restaurant for Hilton Hotel at the Stadium - It was great to work with Brent, Matt and the rest of the staff at Ideal. Also the opportunity to work with Deirdre Hayes a top class A1 designer together we created something quite special!

Working on a range of projects during the period starting with the Officers Mess Kitchen at RAF Marham where among other things I flushed HRH the Queens personal toilet - only to see which sewer pipe it adjoined too. Other projects included a leisure Centre extension and refurbishment a number of smaller projects on RAF bases from Lincolnshire to Hertfordshire as well as a large refurb of the Command Centre on RAF Mildenhall.

As a freelance Site Manager I join Neil Smith and the team for a 3 month contract to complete the groundwork element of phase 3 on Liberty Village - which was a new development of timber framed housing for the USAF staff within the base confines on RAF Lakenheath. After finishing my 3 month contract I was asked to stay on and set up phase 5 including the demolition of 80+ houses and the infrastructure for 133 units to be erected, including mains services, roads and deep drainage. Once this was completed I then stayed on to oversee timber framing, brickwork, scaffolding, roof work, windows and anything else needed to handover to the internals team. I ended up working with the team for 2 years and at that point I choose to leave to join Vinci. Show less
