Works closely with the internal product and marketing team to executing product launches with marketing materials. Create social media plan to achieve company's digital marketing campaign objectives within the allocated budget, such as lead generation. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.

Regular communication and coordination with Franchisees in different country. The primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers and resolving any issues that they have. Conduct shop visit regularly, maintain visual merchandising and point of sales, training new staff on product knowledge and refresher training to existing staff.

Responsible for producing high quality digital images of products for online e-commerce. Draping and arranging of products on tables or boards in a way that will effectively showcase the item. Working closely with Marketing Manager for creating and designing of collaterals for display and coordinating with vendors/advertising contractors with promotional materials. Required to demonstrate effective in-store merchandising and window presentation techniques to ensure the effectiveness of display and product placements. Also expected to manage the storage of garments and accessories and do hands on setting up of store merchandising.

This developmental position will support the planning, and execution of marketing communication activities in South East Asia to successfully drive brand awareness and support growth initiatives. Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager, support teams located in other countries with various communication materials. Ensure clarity and consistency of communication across the different country group.
