• Plan and procure insurance and handling customer claims• Advise on insurance/claim handling/ marine incident issue• Draft and review of contracts/agreements related to shipping• Liaising with P&I Club for the contract clauses and comments• Prepare vessel declaration on monthly basis• Handle insurance related payment eg claim settlement.

• Checking, signing and ensuring accuracy of policy issuance.• Provide coding for each shipment receive from customer prior policy issuance• Attend and understand customers’ queries and handling complaints.• Assist and support underwriters for basic quotation and provide premium breakdown to customers• Understand and preparing Hull & Machinery risk policy/template• Prepare new Open Policy, endorsement, tax invoice for each shipment• Provide feedback or suggestion to the section head and marketing department, if any.• Updating the settling agent detail, Clauses and Client profile to the G400/AS400 system.• Assist to issue Marine individual / Monthly policy, if necessary.• Preparing template for Annual policy renewal.

• Handle all the marine claims including H&M, crew claim, cargo, collision claim.• Analyze, review, examine and notify the incident to the underwriter, club, surveyor and adjuster• Review and understand the survey report and clarify the incident with the owner• Involve in negotiation with opponents/claimants for full and final settlement of the claim• To make sure all the claims is up to date and achieve the TAT

• Answer enquiries from customers and agent via email, phone call and agency counter. • Process Investments Fund Switch, loan, withdrawal of dividends and so on. • Manage and co-ordinate policy services process includes data entry, matching and checking each transaction is accurate. • Maintain proper filing of insurance documents.
