Influenced the delivery methodology from a waterfall methodology to an iterative agile methodology.Coached developers make sound architectural and design decisions that are simple, practical and flexible; Ensuring that code quality is maintained by facilitating code reviews and team discussions around coding standards, design and continuous improvement.

Lead developer on many projects. The majority of the projects where web applications for mobile operators, and where aimed at creating applications to manage and customise settings for mobile phones. All of the technologies were based on Microsoft .NET and related products.

I was a member of the .NET group, a department in KPMG mainly focusing on delivering .NET solutions to its clients. I consulted to various companies across the UK on a technical level. I assisted in the technical architecture of major bids (Avis, Shell), and was appointed team leader to other developers.
