About Lee Simpson

I have 40 years of leadership experience in a variety of sectors of the healthcare/hospital industry. This includes roles of CEO of Behavioral Health, Acute Medical, Acute Rehabilitation and Long Term Acute Care Hospitals. My experience also includes hospital development. In this role I was the project manager for the market analysis, community development and CON application process, land acquisition, licensing, and market development in preparation of opening. I successfully led the effort to develop two hospitals in Texas. In addition, I have always been engaged in the communities where I worked. Examples of this include long standing member of The Rotary club, two terms ending in 2017 as a member of the AHA Section for Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Hospitals, board member and past president of Tulsa Workforce Board, and most recently board member of WelcomeHealth, a free healthcare clinic in Northwest Arkansas.
