Do you love hats? Man, I love hats, and I've worn a lot of them in my lifetime--both literally and figuratively. I've been a trainer, a sales manager, an operations manager, and a human resources manager. I've led projects on a local, regional, and national scale. I firmly believe that any disagreement can be resolved with a thorough understanding and application of the truth. And ice cream.--I'm an agile communicator. I have a wealth of experience in public speaking and am a published author. I even have an award for writing Harry Potter fan fiction. Yes, that is a thing.--I'm a cool transactor. Not to be confused with Laverne Cox, who is a cool (and superb) trans actor. The more difficult the person I'm dealing with is, the more I shine.--I'm a solution finder. To quote one of the sages of my generation, "If you got a problem, yo, I'll solve it." I believe that you often have to think outside the box, but sometimes the solution is in the box if you only stop to check its contents.--I'm a dynamic leader. I want everyone I come in contact with to know that I have a passion for leading, and serving, others.
