Chief Technology Officer
CurrentAs the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at CAVU, I lead our Engineering, Data, and IT divisions, driving innovation and technological excellence across the organisation. CAVU, founded by Manchester Airports Group (MAG) with over 80 years of aviation heritage, is dedicated to revolutionising airport travel by enhancing passenger experiences and unlocking new revenue streams for our clients. In my role, I oversee the development and implementation of our proprietary eCommerce/SAAS platform, Propel, which enables seamless booking experiences for passengers and offers comprehensive product management capabilities for our partners. I also manage our global distribution network, ensuring extensive coverage of parking, hotels, and travel products across more than 40 countries and 350 airports. My responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to deliver premium passenger experiences, such as award-winning lounges, FastTrack security services, and innovative food and beverage concepts. By leveraging data-driven insights and advanced IT solutions, I strive to enhance operational efficiencies and drive growth for both CAVU and our partners.At CAVU, we are committed to creating seamless, enjoyable travel experiences by integrating digital and physical touchpoints across the travel ecosystem.
