Attended real estate closings, consulted with clients, and prepared legal documents, including summonses, complaints, statements of judgment, subpoenas, affidavits, and various guarantees (water, bankruptcy, etc.). Extensive experience with real estate documentation, including Closing Statements, Contracts, and all related BAEC (Bar Association of Erie County) forms. Attended Buffalo City Court regularly for appearances in Landlord/Tenant (Evictions) court, and clients in Housing Court matters. Also responsible for preparing documentation for foreclosure proceedings and defenses, and for preparing various defenses to bankruptcy petitions.

I assist clients in various immigration-related issues, such as obtaining their green cards, through either employment or through their relatives or spouses. I also assist other clients in obtaining work Visas, usually H Visas. Additionally, I also draft various motions and court briefs, and perform legal research on various immigration issues.

Assisted clients on various Real Estate law matters, and simple wills and other Estate law documents, such as Powers of Attorney, and health care proxies.
