It's a real team effort with Terri so we all tend to do a bit of everything - but essentially I am responsible for pretty much all of the production here - so I deal with the full process, from taking the original brief, through costing and budget sign off, to full shoot organisation, implementation and budget control, post production, delivery and final budget reconciliation and invoicing.
