Continue in building a behavioral safety culture focused at driving injuries to zero. Assist in developing and administer policies and procedures, providing leadership skills to achieve compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies. Manage employee & process safety, emergency readiness, behavioral safety programs, monthly safety training, and new hire orientation.

I began employment at Pinal Energy in the operations department in March of 2007. I then took on the responsibilities of the EHS position in July of 2008. I managed the environmental, and safety department at Pinal Energy's 50mgpy ethanol facility. I also managed Arizona Grain's safety program for multiple grain handling sites since March of 2012. Upon my employment I was able to complete my AAS Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, along with my OSHA 501 Trainers certification.
