I have been working in the IT industry for 14 years and have gained valuable qualifications and knowledge during that time. I have worked mainly as a Microsoft Exchange Specialist (including 2.5 years with Microsoft) but on a variety of other projects also. I have worked with all versions of Microsoft Exchange from Microsoft Exchange 5.5 up to Microsoft Exchange 2013 and Office 365. With the inclusion of the Exchange Management Shell in Microsoft Exchange 2007 I have learned PowerShell scripting to fully utilise the administration and configuration of Exchange.I have a good grounding in Active Directory and general Microsoft server setup, configuration and administration. I have also worked with Forefront Identity Manager (FIM), MIIS, IIFP, OCS 2007, Lync 2010 / 2013, Netapp, VMWare, HyperV, SQL, Symantec Backup I am a dynamic person that works well under pressure. I have the ability to adapt to the needs of my client and ensure that those needs are met with urgency and professionalism.
