Assisted low-income clients on issues including child custody and divorce, often involving serious abuse and neglect; appearing on the record in Queens Supreme and Family Courts for divorce and custody proceedings.

Managed insurance approvals and reimbursement appeals for outpatient medical specialists and inpatient hospital procedures; worked closely with providers and the pharmaceutical industry to enroll low-income patients in financial assistance programs to receive free medications.
