Thanks for checking out my profile....this is what i do:I run a free online community in the form of a Facebook Group called 'Project RapidFit - Health, Wellness and Personal Development', which currently welcomes approx. 3700 members from all over the world (please feel free to join us the next time you're on Facebook).The aim of the group is to help anybody, regardless of how busy they are or their personal circumstances, to achieve an excellent level of physical health, mental health, energy and cognitive function.This is achieved by providing free training and coaching in the 3 key areas of:> Intermittent Fasting.> HIIT (high intensity interval training).> A 'pegan' nutritional lifestyle (a low sugar, low refined carbs, low processed foods diet).And the 4 supporting areas of:> Hydration.> Meditation.> The use of music.> Sleep.I live-stream a different HIIT workout every morning at 0630 GMT and the replay is made available for those of you who aren't a 'morning person'!Coaching in the other elements is then provided throughout the day in the form of live trainings, videos, Q&A sessions and regular posts.We also have a '21 Day Challenge' and a 12 week training programme that can be downloaded and followed at your convenience.As i said at the beginning - this is all provided completely free of charge.
