Prepare payroll , EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB•Handling staff’s petty cash and advances.•Liaise with external statutory bodies such as bankers, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.•Handle ad–hoc duties when assigned by the Management.•Proficient in MS Office (Able to complete pivot tables and vlookups)

Handling overseas agent account (Labuan, Muara, Singapore, India).-Process agent's collection & agent's disbursement bill-Verification on monthly agent's commission, EDI and documentation fee.-Manifest monitoring.-Do necessary adjustment on exchange gain/loss-Perform agent's business profitability report2. SST submission-Processes monthly SST checking for submission.-Perform SST-02A form filling & PFX payment.-Follow up requirement from customs.3. GST related-Take part from beginning of implementation of GST, GST reporting.-GST GL related checking.-Do necessary adjustment for tax relief, deemed supplies etc which is not claimable.-Perform bad debt recovery on amendment of last filling, journal entry and payment to customs.-Follow up requirement from customs on penalty remission due to amendment of last filling.4. Handle full set of account (sub-company)-Assist in monthly closing, provide accrual, prepayment, depreciation and reversal entries.-Perform balance sheet, profit & loss report.5. AR related matters-Monthly management fee billing & foreign income tax entries for company outside Malaysia.-To update daily exchange rate of different currency into system for branches billing purpose.-Credit note and official receipt issuance.-Generate monthly SOA and weekly AR aging (16 branches) for collection purpose.6. Vendor /Admin /payroll/ staff claims-Make sure all the invoices well verified, posted and arrange payment schedule.-Perform staff claim into accounting system & recovery invoice if necessary.7. Cash flow/ bank reconciliation-Perform payment via IBG, JOMPAY, FPX, bank draft & Bulk payments-Cash flow monitoring-Rate monitoring for conversion USD to MYR etc.-Perform daily collection monitoring, perform STMMD8. Prepare & analyze monthly business report9. Inter-company related transaction10. GL Journal-Accrual, provision, prepayment & fixed asset depreciation etc11. Balance Sheet / P&L report12.
