I have built my career in manufacturing and production environments, and have found a true passion for the fast pace, constant variety, and high levels of responsibility that are present in the fields of equipment maintenance and repair. While I truly enjoy working in a diverse range of areas such as automated production machinery; PLC programming, integration, and troubleshooting; mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; electronics and electrical systems; software development and programming; data acquisition and analysis; and building/facilities management; I have found in today's world of constant flux and instant access to abundantly available information that one of the most useful skill sets to have is the ability to quickly and efficiently find reliable reference materials and to adapt and learn new skills to suit changing requirements. As such, rather than specializing in any one discipline, I have focused my professional development on cultivating the ability to specialize in any discipline as it becomes necessary to complete whatever tasks are at hand, and have found that my personal inclinations and work habits align extremely well with this approach. I have found that I am generally at my best, feeling happiest and most fulfilled, when I am constantly challenged and learning.
