All of our operatives are fully trained to CSCS standard and all plant operators are qualified to CPCS and NVQ Level 3 to 5.We carry out works for all major local authorities including a framework agreement with north lincolnshire council highways department from 2014 - 2018.E C Surfacing also specialise in the construction and surfacing of car parks, lorry parks, estate roads, private driveways and footways.
