Director, 100,000 Strong In The Americas Innovation Fund
CurrentLeads the 100,000 Strong in the Americas initiative, coordinating among Partners of the Americas, NAFSA: Association of International Educators, and the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs, with the overall goal of raising sufficient funds from private and public sources to leverage higher education institution creativity and expand the flow of students between the US and Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada, in both directions, to reach 100,000 per year by 2020.Partners of the Americas is an international grassroots organization that connects individuals and organizations to serve and to change lives through lasting partnerships in the Western Hemisphere. Working with the Partner's President’s Office, a dedicated Program Officer and a communications and development team, the Program Director is responsible for overseeing program deliverables, building the program donor base and creatively pursuing the objective of increasing north-south, south-north student flow.
