Working with the Partner's President’s Office, a dedicated Program Officer and a communications and development team, the Program Director is responsible for overseeing program deliverables, building the program donor base and creatively pursuing the objective of increasing north-south, south-north student flow.

Served this think tank as a consultant in Latin American innovation, specializing in education, strategy and training related to the technology, innovation and development.Taught hospital administrators in Latin America in concepts of managed care and capitation with partner Harvard School of Public Health (LEARN LLC). Created a Latin American e-government initiative with Microsoft and the OAS. For President Leonel Fernandez designed and delivered teacher-training workshops in the Dominican Republic on use of technology. Co-wrote with Rochelle Beck the winning proposal for the World Bank’s Development Marketplace creating the “Artisan Enterprise Network” to teach poor women to become economically sustainable.Negotiated and coordinated University of Miami initiatives with universities in Brazil, Dominican Republic, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Microsoft. Launched a course to teach micro entrepreneurs who had dot-com ideas in Brazil.Appointed to the U.S. Government’s “FTAA Joint Government-Private Sector Committee of Experts on Electronic Commerce.” Organized a program to educate 500 journalists about Latin American Y2K conditions on behalf of the World Bank. Trained all Latin American and Caribbean national Y2K coordinators for the World Bank’s infoDev.
