I was involved in the master planning and leasing strategy for the Great Mall of Dubai (formerly the Dubai Design Centre), which was a 350,000 sqm 3 in 1 shopping mall, including home maker precinct, entertainment zone and traditional shopping centre anchored by a hypermarket. Although I pre-leased over 1 million square feet in 18 months, the project was.
