Worked with IT to identify & utilise new tools which allowed the creation of a learning environment for the team and business contributors to drive our vison & user stories, the final results supported over $3Bn spend, allowing the teams to view and analyse their true spend for the first time & see initial savings of over $2m. Partnered with Finance & Supply Chain to develop and implement the Dead & At Risk Stock analysis project which generated $38M WC savings in the first 12 months. Both these projects are still actively being used 5 years later.

All this done with new tools developed in an unstable environment to one of the largest groups of users we have, delivered a connected series of Dashboards & Reports to complete the Sales ""Analysis Path"" with well over 600 users & excellent feedback. Working with the business teams to provide new & innovative solutions to their Management Information requirements through the use of SAP Based solutions adopted by the company.Managed an extensive network of Users and ""Super Users"" through whom we provide the day to day support to the 1500+ end users.
