Responsible for the Management of Delivery in the Japan & Asia Pacific Theatre.

Responsible for the P&L of the Professional Services business in Japan; including Sales and Delivery of the Application Consulting, Application Support, Education and Licence Maintenance revenue streams. Restructured the management and re-aligned the Sales and Delivery staff to support the global business model, reducing headcount and converting the largest loss making division in the company to the highest profit making division (per capita) in 120 days, substantially exceeding corporate budgets and performance expectations.

Restructured the management and reduced the Sales and Delivery staff count; resulting in stabilised operational performance meeting corporate sales and consulting budgets and returning the business to profitability.

Responsible for the P&L management of DMR’s NSW business; comprising a 250+ person multi-disciplined IT consulting organization.
