About Lee Thacker

In 2000, I completed my 800 page graphic novel 'One For Sorrow', sold on the internet and at comic shows.Last year I completed a book about John Peel's Festive Fifty, with introductions by David Gedge and the Cuban Boys, fully illustrated in a photorealistic way.I'm currently working on 2 comics projects for indiie band The Wedding Present. 'Snapshots' is an illustrated anthology of short stories based on Wedding Present song titles due for release in 2012 through Harper Collins.Also, a 24 page comic book of reminiscences from bass player Terry De Castro with input from singer/songwriter David Gedge due out in October 2011.Specialties: Comic art (black and white), photoshop design and colouring, photorealism in black and white.
