This includes:- Planning from conception to launch- Creating budgets- Creating and organising overviews, spreadsheets and statements- Financial summaries- Engaging and consulting with venues, third party companies, subcontractors, artists & managers - Bookings of artists, musicians, venues, - Payments to subcontractors, artists, musicians, venues- Digital marketing - Research in the music and arts industry, venues, charity initiatives- Website maintenance - Public relations- Content planning
