• Create and develop content relating to online platform focusing on productenrichment, specific thematic campaigns and on-going engagement activitiestailored to specific customer groups.• Analyze B2B online behavior in current ULV platform to build and adjust localactivities to keep customers retaining with the platform.• Coordinate change management with sales team and distributors to developKPI and follow up on progress.• Study online trend in the market to inject local insights to continuouslyco-create with global team on UX/UI feature and enhancement

• Be responsible for supporting and developing an Omni-Channel for COMET products.• Be responsible for sales and marketing operation of COMET products in these Marketplace accounts (Contribution: over 60% of total Online sales).• Cooperate with Trade Marketing to build quaterly, campaign promotion programs and execute it.• Capture all information about competitors and quickly build and execute ad-hoc activities to re-act when must.• Control TTS and allocate budget (promotion budget, campaign fee, other investments) for each customer.• Supervise sales trend of COMET brands in customers and fix when there is any happens of declining or strange changes of the brands.• Maitain and improve market share of COMET at these Marketplace accounts.• Make business plan with customer and implement it to hit the sales target and marketing target.• Assist directly to B.O.D to re-organize Key Account Team, re-train sales team.

• Be responsible for all sales and marketing operations of all the company’s categories: body weight scales, home appliances, home-living,…in Lotte chain, AEON chain, Vinmart chain, Maximark chain, AEON Citimart chain, Cao Phong chain, Thien Nam Hoa chain in the South of Viet Nam.• Lead and coach sales team.• Plan and make strategy for each account quarterly, annually and make it happen.• Build and implement promotion programs to increase sales volume and market share.• Supporting Trade Marketing/ Marketing and Brand Activation Team to achieve the brand objectives for each category.• Supervise Distributor and their distribution system.• Make trading term with customer (supermarket) and implement it to hit the sales target and marketing target.• Making relationship with concerned companies (such as: advertising companies, middleman companies,…)• Complete the targets of assigned sales and reports at the request of direct manager.
