- Responsible for assisting the Production Managers in all aspects of the event, including vendors, food and bar service, travel arrangements, transportation, branding, artist managers, loading, unloading, and communication with both airline operations and other third-party contractors. - Personally collaborating with clients for understanding their needs and wishes to ensure successful delivery. - Engaging with vendors for pricing offers to create a suitable event within the budget of the client, sending and collecting deposits from the client. - Managing operational work during the events including bar, food, entrance, artists, cleaning crew, and creating a schedule for all staff members of the event. - Creating worldwide events for companies’ vacations, flying with clients for a field tour prior to the event, communicating with hotel management, airline agents, and local vendors.- Setting registration sites for companies’ employees, analysing, and exporting data for relevant contributors.

- Providing customer service, communicating with clients, consulting on various products and sales opportunities. - Working with commercial centers Lease Managers, coordinating various agreements signature. - Managing cashier balance, responsible for closing and opening the store. - Monitoring the store products inventory. - Managing staff administration and operations: flight tickets, accommodation, payroll, and attendance.

- Greeting COCO BAMBINO guests and managing the restaurant sitting arrangements. Emphasizing clients’ experience and satisfaction.- Working in a fast, busy environment, often under time pressure.

- Winning 1st place in various competitions in Israel. - Head coach of two roller skating groups, about 15 skaters in each group (aged 12-18). - Daily cooperation with the team coaching partner, creating choreography and planning exercises. Work to adapt the routines to the skaters’ abilities. - Managing all related operations (costumes, fittings, attendance, transportation, and competition hall), providing real-time solutions for various problems.- Communicating on a daily basis with skaters and their parents.- Full responsibility for the group safety during practices, competitions and team building activities.

- Searching for potential client (high school representatives), offering various deals according to the customers’ needs and preferences. - Working hand in hand with the students, assisting with fundraising and planning. - Providing continuous admin and logistic support.
