Textile Exchange Standards provide the textile industry a way to ensure the content of their product is what is claimed and some, such as the GRS, set environmental and social requirements for facilities. -Standards Calibration: Responsible for the consistent application of Textile Exchange standards as the key contact with certification bodies. This includes creating and maintaining an accreditation process for certification bodies, managing a training program for all stakeholders, providing guidance and interpretation for the standards, and speaking at industry events. -Standard Setting: Responsible for the revision and guidance manual updates of the Content Claim Standard and Organic Content Standard.
