Accountable for the overall performance of the assigned Business Unit. Responsible for providing direction and leadership to successfully define, implement and deliver on the Business Unit’s strategy. This role’s strategic focus is on business development, optimization of organizational assets and investments and the development of leaders to sustain the organizations growth strategy. Key Accountabilities: * Involved in the development of the corporate plans, priorities, policies and procedures. Develops the Business Units’ Plan within the scope and objectives of corporate plans. * Responsible to develop and build the Business Unit business strategy and plans with 18 months to 3 year focused vision aligned to divisional and organizational strategy * Accountable for the annual performance and delivery of business plans objectives for each region * Forecasts and strategizes the execution of following year’s business plans * Identifies, evaluates and executes Business Development opportunities* Accountable for sales results and deliverables of all sales and marketing efforts* Provides direction and leadership to team of operational leaders on all aspects of operations, including technical and financial management; ensuring all resources, expenses and talent are supported to achieve cost-effective and high-performance operations* Accountable for ensuring operational teams are in compliance with Safety Standards, policies and procedures* Provides Leadership and direction on the execution and implementation of the Business Plan, accountable for results* Develops and defines Capital Investment Programs aligned with Business Units’ plans and organizational strategy* Accountable for developing business plans and strategy focused on Optimization of Investments* Approve, identify and allocate appropriate resources to meet and drive business plans (includes staffing, investment and equipment)
