Holding qualifications in nursing, quality and business management and after many years working as a Health Administrator in a full time capacity I semi retired to now only undertake short term health consultations while also focusing my endeavors’ into the creative world of fabric art. I have a clear goal of establishing a small business that is creative, characteristic and of a contemporary nature. As such Threads and Tangles was formed in August 2011. The main goal of the business is to promote a learning environment with information sharing that includes excellence in teaching, the provision of a productive long arm quilting service and some online sales. I love to teach zentangle in its paper form and with thread. Other areas l teach include free motion quilting, machine embroidery and mixed media.
