The provision of technical advice covering complex case management, interpretation ofpolicy and legal risk analysis for the bank’s Personal and Business Banking division• The management of the social partner relationship for the division, ensuring businesschange is delivered smoothly whilst meeting all legal consultation obligations• Delivery of key employee relations projects including, for example, the divisionswellbeing strategy

Responsible for supporting the Group HR Director to manage across a broad remit in thedelivery of objectives across the global Human Resources Function. Responsibilitiesincluded:• Preparation of presentations and briefings in a simple and clear style for internal andexternal meetings• Initial point of contact for all enquiries into the office, management of all actions,development of HRD engagement plan and drafting of correspondence• Delivery of discrete projects

• Partnering with Business Executives to create and deliver people strategy in support of business objectives• Coaching key senior talent to facilitate personal development and internal moves• Building and retaining capability through effective recruitment, talent management and performance management • Delivery of projects including reward strategy, leadership development programmes, wholesale business restructuring and incentive design.
