I have taught First aid, Food Safety, Health and safety for 22 years and been a Counsellor/stress therapist for the past 12 of these offering Mental health awareness training including advice and counselling.I deliver both accredited and none accredited training packages including bespoke courses nationwide.My ultimate aim is to educate people by teaching them essential life saving skills or enabling them to cope in difficult situations.
