ACHIEVEMENTS: • Rescued a $35 million investment in consolidating and modernizing Acxiom’s IT Systems Management ecosystem from being over budget and missing deliverables. Restructured and revitalized the team to meet customer timelines to avoid financial penalties. • Developed strategic roadmap for Unified Collaboration (Video Distribution, Video conferencing, Telephony, Web Conferencing, Email and document storage resulting in Opex reduction of ~2.6mm over 36 months. • Provided operations support for 12,000 Desktops (Windows, Mac and VDI), 28,000 Exchange mailboxes, 19,000 voice extensions, 14,000 voice mailboxes, Lync and SharePoint across 7 clients. This resulted in a reduction in the number of days to consolidate and close financials monthly and quarterly. Additionally, this increased visibility into the global financials and produced a savings of 4 headcount by eliminating the need for resources in each country for closeout.• Successfully upgraded our PeopleSoft HR and Financial systems to the latest 9.0 version.• Led initiative to bring Acxiom’s global dotcom websites back in house resulting in a savings of $400,000 over 3 years. • Upgraded Acxiom’s internal email system to Exchange 2010 and deployed Office Communication Server for Instant Messaging and Presence.• Senior leader responsible for two customer datacenter migrations of Exchange, RSA VPN, and Active Directory.
