Understanding analytics is one thing but understanding the people behind the numbers is another. I noticed during my years at university just how influential the careers people chose are on their lifestyle, specifically their physical and, in my opinion more importantly, their mental health.My time as a Health Advisor has allowed me to use both my analytical and people skills to help those whose careers have overshadowed other important aspects of their life; their own health for example. Observing first hand the significant effects careers can have on lives, if the balance is not there, has further fuelled my passion to provide the answers that allow a company to perform highly and the individuals that are the life and soul of the company to have a fantastic career, as well as a fulfilled life.Thats why my goal is to dedicate my career to help others love their career and all the aspects of life that it can influence.Aside from my personal career aspirations, I am interested to hear of any input I can have relating to Mental Health awareness.
