Responsible for the oversight for the Commercial Agreement for the Northern Courier Pipeline Project; a TransCanada project supporting Fort Hills hot bitumen transportation. The project consisted of a tank terminal, a 90 km - 24" NPS Hot Bitumen and a 12" NPS Diluent pipelines from Fort Hills to Suncor's East Tank Farm facility (over $900M). The tank terminal consists of 2 - 300,00 barrel bitumen tanks, 1 - 150,000 barrel diluent tank, and 1 - 50,000 barrel diesel tank.

TRO Tailings & Water Transfer Projects – Plant 300 RT ($320M of a $1.3B group of 4 projects) Responsible to develop, plan and exeute the project.Mature Fines Transfer Project – Pond 8A to STP ($39M)• Accountable for completion of a fast-tracked project from Scoping Study to Project Close-out. Results: Project was completed $12.5M under budget and on-time with no environmental incidentsMillennium (Plant 86) De-Bottleneck Project ($65M)• Ensured scope, schedule, quality, cost and budget was maintained from 80% Engineering Complete, and 40% Construction Complete, until Commissioning & Start-up. Results: Increased bitumen production of 16,000 bpd, completed on-schedule and on-budget

Day-to-day Responsibilities Included: acting as a technical resource to internal clients, as well as, consultants and contractors. Developed Dofasco’s Fall Protection standards and design guidelines. Engineering design included maintenance platforms, jib crane relocation, jib crane & monorail installation, structural repair, and floor loading capacity confirmation (for maintenance).Corporate Fall Protection Expert & Project Leader (2002 – 2007)• Retrofitted the entire Hamilton facility with fall prevention and fall protection systems that were custom designed for every fall protection application. Facilities include every crane runway and every major crane, furnaces, mobile equipment, etc. Directed team of 6 full-time Engineers and Draftsman.Project Manager – Removable Hood Replacement Project ($10M)• Duties included selecting and supervising engineering firms, management of the fabrication and control of the costs, schedule and quality.Project Manager - KOBM Secondary Emissions Smoke Hood & Duct Replacement• Supervised re-design and installation of ductwork and all repair work
