• Acted as the product authority with both internal and external stakeholders for printer, fax and MFP products.• Worked closely with OKI staff and channel partners to provide product information and to ensure that they had the necessary support and tools to market and sell OKI products and managed print services.• Devised and implemented a number of high impact tactical promotions to manage channel stock and respond effectively to tactical competitive actions.• Represented Southern Region (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy) in the EMEA Go to Market team ensuring local market requirements were fully understood by the group.

• Took full responsibility for managing the marketing of OKI’s A4 colour printer and MFP products across EMEA. • Devised an effective business development and growth strategy for the colour printer market and achieved an increase in market share from 6% to 12%.• Launched 6 generations of new printer and MFP products, including at the hugely successful range launch in Berlin.• Defined EMEA pricing and positioning for the A4 range of OKI products and print services. • Authorised major bids and tenders support including global frame agreements and OEMs.• Managed the budgeting, forecasting and analysis of volumes, revenues and margins across EMEA region.• Collaborated with the engineering and supply chain teams to coordinate new product development with product planning to ensure a close match with evolving market requirements.
