Project Leader
Current- Work with machining manager, ensures an in-time, cost effective and efficient production process in the required quality and quantity in compliance with all legal requirements (environment, health and safety) and internal production policies.- In agreement with machining manager, be responsible for staff retention, recruitment, training and development within the area of responsibility.- Work close with production planner to ensure availability of necessary production means (people, material, methods and machines), in accordance with production plan and standards.- Manage machines to ensure their capability and capacity in close collaboration with maintenance department.- Manage material flow in between production steps to ensure material safety, process efficiency, identification and traceability in collaboration with Quality control and warehouse (SCM).- Work with machining manager to analyses the production process in the area of responsibility related to quality, cost efficiency.- Direct Lean (e.g. 5S, safety, OEE,TPM) implementation and continuous improvements in machining shop.- Manage staff objective setting and performance evaluation.
