- Based on the current customer demand to place the order to supplier and fulfill the supplier’s purchase materials requirement- Backlog checking on all the open Purchase Order versus supplier backlog, make sure all the open PO quantity accurate with supplier backlog.- Proactive to pull in all the open PO to meet the customer required date especially on the before customer line down period.- Support all the internal enquiry on the PO issue include revised pricing, sending cancellation request and shipment status on the goods, create RMA.

- Planning job schedule based on the current capacity and resources.- Checking materials availability and monitor job status until job completed.- Prepare MCP through Rapid Response and come out the shortage and CTB report.- Solve the unpredicted problem include materials issue, re-schedule job date, shipment issue, etc.

- Process all the online order through Easyparcel websites.- Record keeping customer’s order details and share to related party to prepare the order- Solving customer enquiry for the online order- Packing customer order and arrange to pick-up by courier
