Seasoned Operations and Implementation manager with extensive hands-on experience in a variety of management environments including Business Operations, Implementation, Sales Operations, Client Relations Management and Team Leadership.With a career that is rooted in management from a young age, I have had the unique opportunity to practice my trade and hone in on my traits and organizational skills across a broad spectrum of management positions over the years. At the young age of 14 as a early entrepreneur, I attempted my first start up as a "small tasks" neighborhood business. After a heavy snow one year, I went from neighbor to neighbor cleaning sidewalks and driveways and realized immediately that there was a hole that needed to be filled. I decided that there were plenty of small tasks that I could do that our neighbors did not want to do but were willing to pay me to do for them. Rather quickly, I was unable to handle the work load, and was in the position to acquire help so I employed my childhood friend and neighbor to assist with the load. This was when I first realized that I had a strong sense for business organization.
