I manage a team of 12 case handlers that includes Fast Track and Multi Track. The teams main focus/objection is to avoid litigation and strive to settle their files on the best economical basis.My role also includes auditing the handlers on a monthly basis providing both positive, negative but constructive feedback. I also support my operations manager on a daily basis.

Responsible for dealing with and settling Personal Injury/ RTA claims from third parties.An in depth knowledge of common law and legislation affecting Motor and other liability claims. Has responsibility to ensure claims are handled pro-actively and in a professional manner, avoiding litigation and achieving early settlement.
