As a co-coordinator in the Foreign and Commonwealth office organised and managed functions for Senior Politicians, members of the Royal Family and International dignitaries on ambassadorial visits to the UK. Senior government functions are major projects and in organising these from initial contact with the organiser through to delivery and billing I looked to deliver exceptional service at every stage of the process and ensure both budget and time constraints were met.

I predominantly on recovery of defaulted accounts following their purchase from large financial institutions and managing the collection processes from initial contact through to legal action if required. At a time of major change in the industry we prided ourselves on being a market leader and assisting in the development of the new code of practice and regulations.
