Providing method statements, risk assessments, COSHH assessments and updates on all company policies.Providing assessments on all employees with regards to safe systems of work and following up on any wrong doing. Visiting employees on site and providing data on quality control.Making sure all paperwork regarding health and safety procedures, assessments were constantly up to date and available for audits. Arranging PAT testing of engineers and premises equipment when needed and keeping records.Monitoring of engineers’ equipment, ensuring it was in date and without defects; regular checks of company vehicles to make certain they were in good condition and paperwork was in order.Routing engineers work and putting into geographical routes. Making sure work loads were manageable.Undertaking a range of stock management duties including; stock management; searching out and allocating missing stock; provision of a daily stock declaration to SKY.
