This enables retailers to quickly and easily turn their store into the ultimate personalised shopping experience, even for first time website visitors.

Initially focused on the $11bn U.S. tote betting market, the company occupied a unique position as a provider and partner bringing incremental revenue to the U.S. racing industry.Sportech Plc is a global B2B distributor for a unique and proprietary branded tote bet type with a social and fantasy twist to the U.S. tote betting industry - the first of it's kind globally. The company also distributes the wager directly to the US market via 123bet.com - a U.S. licensed B2C betting website available to residents of 22 states. My role was wide-ranging and commercial in nature across business planning, fundraising, licensing, negotiating B2B and B2C distribution partner and technology agreements, and operations. · raised in excess of £3.5 million from more than 50 investors;· generated more than £4 million betting turnover in the first year following a soft-launch;Following various stages of soft-launch, product development and technology upgrades, we proved product market fit and value; and demonstrated CPAs and LTV in line with forecasts.

TDL Sports Limited is a family owned UK facing betting business at various times operating the Wilson Sports & Racing betting shop chain, and Wilsonbet telephone and online betting operations. TDL is a legacy of my father Mervyn Wilson, a founding member of the British Betting Offices Association and founder of one time market leading independent bookmaker Surrey Racing and Surrey Sports International, listed on LSE and subsequently acquired by BSkyB to form Skybet.I carried out a business development role following the disposal of part of the business, helping to return the company to profit via a complete strategic overhaul, cost reduction program, re-structuring of the operational set-up and licensing, and international relocation of the business and staff.As a result I enjoyed a broad experience of off-shore gaming jurisdictions, licensing and tax regimes; and B2C technology and competitive landscapes.
