It Customer Support Coordinator
CurrentProvide end-to-end facility IT support and administration, including end-user support, problem resolution, managing IT projects, telecom support, and directing workflow for all customer service activities. Also operate as the primary liaison between end-users and other IT teams, performing triage on issues with the network infrastructure, business applications, databases, and servers. Also responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing technology projects and services to support changing business needs.
