Key responsibilities for this role include:Design, launch and continual update on current and updates to sytemsManaging multiple projects, working with key stakeholders from across the business and our partners.Design and develop Food Safety and Compliance training/ Course/Policies for Ocado on-boarding PartnershipSet up and maintain Health and Safety Management systemsWrite, assess and evaluate company Risk assessmentsManage a team of Safety Representatives across the estateEnsure all relevant Health and Safety information is available for the business and training materials are up to date.Ensure all levels of competence training for Stores and Head Office for all Health and Safety/Compliance training - e-learning and classroom.Develop training/operational materials

Key responsibilities for this role include:Design, launch and continual updates to the induction process, managing both the store and head office versions.Identify training needs across store & head office and design fun and creative learning interventions.Deliver workshops in an engaging way for all product, technical, behavioural, partner retailers and management training.Design and launch product knowledge guides for store colleagues in various formats.Coach store management in performance management and managing their team successfully.Managing multiple projects, working with key stakeholders from across the business and our partners.Liaise with IT and system providers to test and design training materials to support updates and roll outs.Build training and launch International sending to whole estate, following soft launch in test stores.

Supporting a region of stores with all areas of Compliance. Food, Health and Safety, Fork Lift Truc.Deliver regional courses in Food Safety, Licencing, Workshops.Conduct Food Safety ad Licencing for new store openings Liaise with Personnel Managers to identify an ares of training or non complianceWrite and update courses
